Try These Ideas Out
- Avoid water damage inside the property by turning off the water at the street.
- To increase security, make sure newspapers and flyers are removed from properties so they don't look vacant.
- To keep doors open that keep closing on their own, remove the hinge pin, bend it slightly and put back in the hinge. This will cause enough friction to keep the door in the position you desire.
